She created a guide to empower me in building my own plan; I’ve had previous experience building plans in the passed so I was looking for guidance to how to tackle restarting getting healthy because all of my old tactics were no longer clicking. She asked me such insightful questions while putting it together and also when following up with me to see how things were going. It has been so much more than just “build me a plan and follow that” which is an experience I’ve had with previous online coaches. Rachel’s meal plan helped to ween me off of a serious sugar addiction and made me realize how to be more in tune and mindful about my eating!! Instead of overeating throughout the day, I found myself eating at a consistent pace and feeling full, satisfied, and energized. The physical results were apparent within the first week of the plan – I was much less bloated. Also, the recipes were all really good and really affordable. As a novice cook, I was able to make everything and learn along the way. I loved the recommendations and was able to start my own meal prepping ideas according to her guidelines. I also realized how much I had been emotionally eating or eating when I was bored. By staying full throughout the day with food I really like, I  was able to curb my cravings and better control my portion sizes naturally.
