I’m Rachel Varitimos- a health and wellness coach with a degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. I am a lover of all things health and have a strong passion for helping women achieve a body they love without stressing over calories. When I work with clients, we dive deep into their internal workings to get to the root cause of their health concerns and we make a goal-reaching plan that feels both easy and nonrestrictive.
I know first hand how exhausting it can be counting calories, obsessing over food, and having your weight go up and down through frequent dieting– trust me, I’ve been there! From being a clinically obese 9 year old to now, it took me a solid 14 years to finally understand and TRUST that counting calories was not going to be my one way ticket to loving my body and achieving the body I wanted. There is a way to maintain and reach a body you love stress free!
Eating healthy does not have to be boring. Together, we will formulate an individualized healthy lifestyle that is sustainable FOR LIFE. No one diet fits all, we can forget about paleo, keto, ect., if a food item works well for you, its staying! Additionally, we will go over strategies to help you stay on track to achieve your goals.
I work with clients 1 on 1 and have pre-made meal plans to kick start your health journey. I also customize meal plans for clients that need the extra support. I specialize in bloating, GERD, PMS, and weight management. The coaching sessions are via video chat, phone, or in person. I am located in Boston, MA for anyone wanting to meet face to face.
